Return Policy

What is the Return Period?

If you want to return the product, please do so within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please note, that the return option won't be available after the 5th day.

What products are returnable?

Returns will be only accepted if the products are:

  • Unused / Unwashed / Undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What products are non-returnable & non-refundable?

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • For all the products that are mentioned in the respective product pages

Do I need to pay any return fee amount?

A nominal fee of Rs.99/- is levied for return pickup courier

How will I get my refund?

After we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process your refund. The refund will get credited to your original payment method.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be issued within 2-4 business days from the date of receiving the products from your end.

For COD Orders: NEFT transfer will be processed to your bank account within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the products from your end.

For Partial COD Orders: If a partial COD order is cancelled while the package is in transit, both forward and return shipping charges will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded.
